Sports are a good way to delay disability and aging. Don’t stop at any age.
Finally, it is social force.
Social power is social activities and international relations, including: family, friends, couples, family, colleagues, communities, etc. Social life is very important for the physical and mental health of older people. Through the social connection process, you can make friends, expand human relations, and strengthen personal resources, while gaining confidence, happiness, sense of accomplishment and self-worth.
Studies have shown that socially active people usually have better health, intelligence and memory, which can reduce the risk of disability or dementia. It can be seen that social strength, physical strength and brain strength affect each other, and none of them are indispensable.

I also have diabetes, and the glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc) has been 10 (normal value is 4∼ 5.6%). Later, I used insulin, exercise and diet control. Over the past few years, the glycated hemoglobin and pre-dose blood sugar levels have been normal. In the past six months, the glycated hemoglobin has even dropped from 8.4% to 6.2%. This makes me more sure that people with high age can coexist with illness. Practicing the three forces and being in a happy mood is the most important health foundation for the elderly’s life.
If your body is sick, you can still have the ability to feel happiness and happiness and live a good life quality. It’s not that you are sick, the weather will fall down. Even if you sit on a wheelchair today, you can still live a good life, but remember not to make the disease bigger, which will lead to the need to rely on others’ care. My concept is: to strengthen life and practice the three forces, prevention itself is a treatment.
