Increase the risk of 32 diseases and cardiovascular disease deaths 3 calls for super processed foods

Wei Shihang, a specialist in reducing weight and medical doctor, said that eating too much ultra-processed food will not only increase the risk of 32 diseases, but also increase the risk of death due to cardiovascular disease by 50%.

What is super processed food? Wei Shihang said that internationally divides processed food into fourth grade. Take chicken eggs as an example, raw chicken eggs belong to the first level; poached eggs added with salt basil are ranked second level; egg sauces that combine first and second level foods are classified as third-level processed foods; as for honey cakes made with preservatives, sweeteners, and repair powders, they are the fourth-level super-processed foods.
