Palmer Winery (Baomar Winery) opposes Palmer's application to sell wine under his nickname "Cold Palmer".
23-year-old Palmer has now removed the wine from his list of items that he plans to sell under the brand name, inspired by his iconic celebration move.
The Sun disclosed in August that Palmer wanted to use the name for goods such as wine, spirits and clothing. But the winery located in the Bordeaux region objected to this. Palmer's legal team has now revised its filings with the Intellectual Property Office to avoid conflict.
Palmer Winery was founded by officer Charles Palmer in 1814. Royal wine merchants Berry Brothers and Luther commented: "At its peak, Palmer's wines were one of the most outstanding representatives of Bordeaux."
Its 1970 Margaux third-class wines sold for up to £750.
Kor has not yet been seen as a wine appreciation, but he did pretend to drink the lager beer that fans threw into the court last season.
