Recently, in the new podcast program "The Good, The Bad and The Football", Manchester United legend Scholes criticized the Red Devils' decision to sign goalkeeper Ramons from Antwerp.
Scholes said he had never really seen the Belgian goalkeeper's game, and he believed that Lamens' low-priced label had shown that he was not a top goalkeeper. Instead, Scholes believes that Manchester United should have done everything they can to sign goalkeeper Donaluma, who is now playing for Manchester City.
Scholes said: "How much did you buy this guy from Belgium? 20 million? I think that says it all. In my opinion, it means that Lamons is not a top goalkeeper."
"When Donaluma can transfer, he should drive directly to Paris, bring him back and give him whatever conditions he wants."
