Ruitian: Trosad may change in the future due to changes in agents, Arsenal considers selling for 20 million euros

According to Ruitian, Arsenal is considering selling Trosad for 20 million euros.

Trosad's contract renewal negotiations with Arsenal were originally progressing smoothly and an agreement is expected to be reached. As early as October 2024, Trosad had preliminary communication with former Arsenal sports director Edu, and the negotiations were taken over by current assistant sports director Eto in February 2025. However, now, Trosad may leave the team this summer's transfer window.

The primary reason for this situation is that Trosad changed his agent. As his long-time agent Comel has been unable to continue to handle matters properly due to personal issues, Trosad decided to break up with him in early May 2025 and chose a new agent: Dirk Heber. Comer was the person in charge of negotiating a contract extension with Arsenal.

With the arrival of a new agent, all possibilities for Trosad's future are reopened. Previously, Saudi clubs expressed their interest at the end of the summer window of 2024, but now, this option may be reconsidered during the current transfer period.

Despite this, Trosad himself has a great time at Arsenal and still hopes to stay and achieve more. But with Berta recently joining Arsenal management and bringing a whole new set of ideas while intending to introduce new players in his position, the future of Trosad, 29, may change.

Currently, Trosad is one year away from the expiration of his contract, and Arsenal may also consider selling it, with the estimated transfer fee being around 20 million euros.
