Phil Jones: It’s hard for me to fall asleep before and after games. I often go to bed at 3 or 4 in the morning.

Former Manchester United defender Phil Jones said in an interview that after late games, he often fell asleep at three or four in the morning.

When asked if he would take a nap in the afternoon, Phil Jones said: "I can't sleep, I can't sleep on planes and trains, and I can't sleep in the afternoon. It's really hard to fall asleep."

"I drink a lot of energy drinks or coffee drinks , to ensure that I am in the best condition during the game, but I really can’t sleep after the game. For example, after the game ends at 8 o’clock in the evening, I may not go to bed until 3 or 4 o’clock in the morning. It is really difficult to sleep for a few hours before the child wakes up.”
