Kadamatari joins Blue Moon with an undisclosed transfer fee.
Kadamatari became the number one scorer in the U18 Professional Development League last season with 24 goals, helping the team to win the second place in the league and locking a place in the upgraded play-offs.
The Scottish U16 striker also scored 3 goals in the international arena.
