A few days ago, Manchester City youth training director Thomas Krucken accepted an interview with Manwan.
Last season, Manchester City's U21 team won its league and playoff championships, while the U18 team achieved 26 consecutive victories in all competitions. The U21 echelon is the youngest team in its category, with an average age of only 18.7 years. The U19 echelon reached the quarterfinals of the European Youth League.
Thomas Krucken said: "At the end of the day, it's about people, their development paths and their real potential, and each of us has real potential."
"Simpson Pusey is an example. He is the first defender to win the Premier League second-tier season player. We are extremely proud of it. He is a defender! Usually these awards are given to strikers or 10 players, but he is a defender!"
