According to Italian media "Milan Sports", in addition to Inter Milan, Naples also intends to pursue Manchester United striker Hoylen.

Naples is looking for a new center so that Conte can rotate Lukaku or try to use a double forward formation.

Hoylen was signed from Atlanta by Manchester United in the summer of 2023 for 75 million euros plus 10 million euros floating prizes. His performance in the past two seasons has been ups and downs: a total of 26 goals, but only 10 goals last season.

Draged by the team's poor season, Hoylen did not fully meet Manchester United's expectations. Hoylen needs to prove himself again. He is no longer considered an integral part of the Amorin plan and is therefore looking for other options. The possibility of returning to Serie A attracted him, and the team that first asked about his situation was Inter Milan. Now, Naples has also made initial contacts to understand the feasibility and cost of the deal.

de Laurentis knows that he must expand his roster for Conte, because Napoli will also participate in the Champions League in the 2025-26 season, which will consume a lot of physical fitness and energy. If Napoli wants to try to defend the Serie A title, they must expand their roster, especially to improve the level of substitutes.

Sports Director Manna is in talks with Udinese striker Lorenzo Luca, who scored 11 goals in Serie A in 2024-25, but Napoli has not given the green light to the deal yet. Udinese's estimate of Luca is more than 30 million euros, and Naples believes that the price is too high.

Meanwhile, Naples has asked about Hoylen, who is attracted by the prospect of playing for Conte and sharing a locker room with high-level players such as De Bruyne, McTominay and Lukaku. De Bruyne was his opponent in the Manchester City derby, while McTominay was a teammate when Tenhamger coached Manchester United.

Naples may intervene in the Hoylen trade, which is not good news for Inter Milan. The goal of the Nerazzurri is to obtain Hoylen on a loan form with a buyout of 45 million euros. Moreover, because Naples has the liquidity required for direct transfers, this method is more popular with Manchester United.

At the same time, Inter Milan is preparing to sign Parma striker Bonnie. Before the forward line signs again, they need to confirm whether Taremi can find a new next player. Naples can take this opportunity to try signing Hoylen.
