Tonight at 12:30 am, Tottenham will challenge Everton on the field. Before the game, Tottenham coach Frank said that after the game, he planned to continue the "wonderful tradition" of having a drink with his friend Moyes.

Frank said: "I will definitely go to Moyes after the game and have a beer or a glass of wine together. We have always had this habit. I cherish this communication very much. Some coaches will do this, some will not, but I always invite the other party to come for a drink. Everyone understands , We are actually under the same pressure, and only peers can understand each other best. Even if there is a little anger on the sidelines, we still cherish each other after the game."

Frank and Moyes established a deep friendship when they were guest commentators at the European Cup two years ago. The pair became unexpectedly famous after they were photographed laughing together while Lineker was recording a podcast. Although they will be opponents for 90 minutes at Everton's new home on Sunday, they will sit down and have a drink after the game as usual.

The former Brentford coach’s first confrontation with Moyes dates back to the summer of 2020. Since then, admiration has gradually turned into a true friendship.

Frank said with a smile: "I like red wine, and he is not bad either. He likes beer and red wine. He is a great person, and I am lucky to know him. We often meet on different occasions, events or coaches' dinners, and we respect each other very much. We also spent many pleasant nights together during the European Cup."

Talking about the current situation of the team, Tottenham led by Frank performed well at the beginning of the season, but only won one of the five games before and after the international match in October. Richarlison started off hot but has not scored since September 21st.

Frank talked about Richarlison returning to his old hometown to face his old club Everton

Frank said: "I hope this game can help him get back his feeling. He started the season very well and is currently in good physical condition. It is very rare to have no injuries for such a long time. I want to thank the medical team and fitness coach, and also praise him for his hard work."
