Now, some people have trained cats to become "minutilities" by them for illegal benefits, which is sad!
We know that dogs can cooperate with people to do some more tedious things, but we rarely hear cats do this. Why? It’s not because cats are wild-hearted that they won’t easily obey human orders.
But recently a cat in Colombo, Sri Lanka has done something that subverts our perception. Have you ever seen cats who "smuggled drugs"?
This Saturday, Welikada Prison in Colombo (the country's highest security prison) issued a notice that they captured a special "inmate" and decided to arrest it and jail.
This cat is amazing. It was discovered only after entering the prison. If the prison guards hadn't had the surprise inspection of the accommodation area at that time, they would have really not been able to find the cat that smuggled drugs.
The cat has a small plastic bag tied around its neck, with about two grams of heroin, two mobile phone cards and a memory card. If it weren't for the possibility of a cat appearing in prison, it would have been easy to get away with it.
At present, I don’t know the specific origin of the cat or what it is called. According to the prison guards, they surrounded the cat for a long time in order to catch the cat.
But after being caught, the cat is extremely well-behaved, not like a wild cat who has never been in contact with people, but rather like a pet cat that is often loved by people.
As for how the cat broke through the surveillance and slipped into the prison, the prison guards have not disclosed it at present. However, we guess that there should be loopholes in some aspects of the prison, otherwise how could a cat get in such a high wall?
The prison has not been very calm recently. Just last month, prison guards seized 38 mobile phones, 264 batteries, 20 mobile phone cards and about 4 grams of heroin, and 15 people have been arrested for implicating them.
According to those confessions, using cats to transport drugs is an extremely safe method. Because cats are very sensitive and will not be caught easily, so there must be more than one cat doing this at present.
Not long ago, the prison caught an eagle carrying drugs, so they were extremely alert to animals that broke into the prison.
After all, there is a saying, "There is no unexpected thing, only impossible to do it." In order to make huge profits, bad people will always come up with some weird ways.
In fact, in 2018, we saw a cat who found drugs online. It took the plastic bag outside back to its home. The shoveler opened it and found that it contained valuable drugs.
In addition, according to local media reports, the arrested and imprisoned cat seemed to have "breaked" yesterday, and the prison did not respond, but it was probably true (local residents also said that they had seen the cat walking towards the prison several times).
In fact, since people can breed drug-killing dogs, why not try to breed a few "drug cats"? With the flexible body of a cat, isn’t the ability to detect the cats much better than that of a dog?
I really hope that animals will not be involved in the evils of human beings, because no matter whether the result is right or wrong, animals are victims.
However, we are also very curious about how those bad guys ordered the cat to go somewhere? Since they are not worried about cats running around, there must be a way to get the cats into designated locations.
